Beginners +Toddler

Gymnastics is a fantastic sport for all children – girls and boys alike.  Our classes are structured on the British Gymnastics award scheme.

During the classes the children have the opportunity to use 5 pieces of apparatus (floor, bars, beam,vault and air track)

Womens Development Groups

This highly intensive discipline that matches power, elegance, strength, courage, explosiveness, grace and beauty.

The sport is comprised of 4 disciplines / apparatus:

Mens development groups

Men’s gymnastics comprises six pieces of apparatus.

We are still developing this discipline as we require more equipment for this .




We are one of the only clubs in the area to have  an air track which is 15 meters long and 2 meters wide, this is used to enable the gymnasts to perform tumble runs which would eventually be taken onto the floor.

Moves that can be performed on this include roundoff flick, whip, tuckback, staightback, handspring, front somersault walkout and not forgetting all twisting move

Adult gymnastics

Our adult gymnastics classes are for any one of any ability over the age of 16, the class is good for flexibility core strength and general fitness. Be able to learn skills on the beam A-bars or use the Air track, with the advice of qualified coaches

Gymnastics is an accessible and inclusive sport offering opportunities to all ability levels and ethnic groups within a range of controlled learning environments.

It promotes an active and healthy lifestyle and is recognised as forming the basis for physical literacy by developing fundamental movement skills.
